Some steps are not always completed in the same order

Have steps that are manditory for project completion
but are not part of the steps order. these can be completed at any time

Automated reminders can be sent when clients do not provide feedback within the agreed timeframe. At the moment, these can be sent manually by clicking on the "Send reminder" button.

We are improving the UI of the email templates

Upon project completion, users can send a star-rating customer satisfaction survey.
This rating will be reflected on a project, client and account level.

Agency users and clients can log in through their white-label domain

Example: client.myagencydomain.com instead of agencyname.planeolo.com

We've enhanced the Project Scope functionality! You can now add the project scope directly within the project. No more external links; everything is accessible from the new Project Scope tab next to the timeline, making it easier for your team and clients to stay on the same page.

We've made it easier for you to manage your clients and projects. Now, when you delete a client, all associated projects will be permanently deleted as well. You'll be prompted with a confirmation box to ensure you're aware of this irreversible action.

You can now easily unarchive projects! Simply click on the project you wish to unarchive, and then hit the 'Unarchive' button. Once done, the project will reappear in your project list and become available again.

Provide branding options for the interface, such as adding agency logo and agency colours

This is now available for all users.

When a stage is closed, users and their clients can expand a stage to see the events of each stage

This is for when you need to send a preview within the current stage and revision round, without opening a new revision round. Become handy when a user needs to send an update to the client without affecting the rounds of revisions left.

During stages without revisions, users can send an email message.

Reopen an old and completed stage

Authenticate your own domain so that Planeolo emails can be sent from your own sending domain. e.g. from: anyone@yourcompany.com

This will improve the deliverability of emails sent from Planeolo by adding SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) in your DNS settings.

List all projects that have feedback due today.
